How does our aluminum die casting process work?
Cold-chamber die casting machines are applied to manufacture aluminum alloy cast products. Our aluminum die casting machines are from 250ton-500ton,after installing the tooling into the machine ,aluminum alloy is molten then pushed into the tooling die by a hydraulically operated plunger in the machine, finally molded products are shaped.

How does our zamak die casting process work?
Hot-chamber die casting machines are applied to manufacture zinc alloy cast products. Our zinc die casting machines are from 88ton-160ton,after installing the tooling into the machine ,zinc alloy is molten then pushed into the tooling die by a hydraulically operated plunger in the machine, finally molded products are shaped.
What’s the advantage of die casting?
For big volume production die cast products are cheaper with uniform quality comparing to other hardware machining methods. Because die casting is semi or fully automated process which reduces much labor cost and labor mistakes.
Complex shape and structure parts can be easily cast.
The molten aluminum cools rapidly in the die, which makes the casting part produce fine-grained hard skin, so the cast parts will have strong strength.
Die cast pasts need few follow up process.
