Aluminum die casting mold is much different to stamping mold.With the aluminum die casting parts' complex structure,our engineer needs to alanyze drawing and make the mold design very carefully.Then we purchase quality steel H13 to make the mold.Mold manufacturing process mainly includes CNC machining,sparking,polishing,heat treatment,and mold testing.Each process of die casting mold fabricating takes lots of labour ,time and needs to adopt advanced equiment.As a a result,a die casting mold will cost much higher than other hardware mold eg. stamping mold.In detail its cost will be above 1500USD one set.
