The pressure of the die casting machine determines the maximum weight of the die cast products. Different tonnage of the die casting machine has different pressure, normally pressure range of the die casting machine is from 50 tons to 5000 tons. For example, 100-ton die-casting machine ,its maximum diecast product’s weight is about 1.2kg. A medium-sized die-casting machine at 500 tons, it can produce products weighing more than 10 kilograms. The 5,000 tons of die casting machine can manufacture parts about 60kg. However, the actual maximum die casting weight will also be affected by products’ shape, material and other factors.
