Die casting mold is very important during production. Engineers who design the casting mould and tech workers who make the casting mold must have rich experience. After analyzing customers’ drawing and confirm the confusing details with customer, engineer will finish designing cast mold in 2-3days.Then tech workers will adopt high quality steel eg.8407 and make the mould by advanced machines like CNC, milling machine and spark machine etc.
All of this is the primary process, the more important is to test the casting mold, we will try making some aluminum or zinc alloy die casting products by this mould. If customers confirm the die cast parts samples, it illustrates the mould is correct. Otherwise we need to modify the cast mold and make casting samples again until customers confirm the samples eventually. Our factory won’t charge any extra fee before confirming the final version cast mold. And we are professional in making the casting molds, we seldom modify mould except that customer modify their drawing slightly. And our die cast mold’s life is up to 50k to 80k shots. If the moulds are scrapped due to lifetime our factory will do new molds without any charge.
