Aluminum and Zinc alloy die cast parts will have beautiful and smooth appearance after they are done surface treatment. Actually to achieve this affect we have to do some other processes .After aluminum and zinc die cast parts are shaped by the die casting machine, sometimes we polished their surface to make them more smooth, we get rid of their burrs, we punch and tapping screw the casting parts if required.Each process we will treat carefully for best effect.
