Hello my friends,here I would like to introduce our factory.We are professional for zamak perfume caps for above 10years.Regarding quality control,firstly, we will use completely new quality zamak material .After opening mould, we will do a trial small quantity production at 200-300pcs to test the mould.After mould samples are electroplated, customers will check mould samples and confirm the Boundary Samples.With the Boundary Samples our quality control people will supervise production line ensure each cap’s high quality. We will care about each detail to fulfill customers’ requirements.
