Burrs always exist for die casting components after die casting process. Burrs influence product’s surface treatment a lot. Manufacturers must remove the burrs .There are many methods to get rid of burrs. The normal one is by manual with sandpaper and grinding heads.It is not efficient and is only suitable for simple structure products. Another way is using punching die and punching machine.This process needs extra manual work. In additions,we can use methods like freezing, thermal explosion, engraving machine, high pressure water jet or ultrasonic etc.
